A pair of lounge chairs / armchairs by Gianni Moscatelli, for Formanova, 1970's.
The chairs display a sleek and sinuous shaped chrome design for which Moscatelli was known. Newly re-upholstered in a chocolate brown Ultrasuede, which mimics the design of the chrome arms by curving over the back seat and the underside of the front. Gianni Moscatelli founded his own company Formanova in 1930 in Meda, the heart of Brianza, creating a line of furniture endowed with a design of pure and functional lines with highly sculptural and geometric form.
