This sofa has a solid rosewood frame and newly upholstered cream cotton fabric. The rosewood structure is in excellent original condition. Loose seat and back cushions cover the steel and elastic straps underside supports. The Italian maker, Gavina was the first one to produce this sofa, in the early 1960's, later production was taken over by Knoll who purchased Gavina in the late 1960's.
